I reserved a 5 x 10 unit over the phone. The staffer gave me all details and code and prepared me how to enter. The delivery of my items to store went smoothly. I recommend this storage facility.
Just so we are clear on pricing and space theres no other self storage in the area as cheap and affordable as this one, very reasonable! Respectful staff as well that get it done!
Received this lease in the mail after renting a unit. This lease clearly stipulated that the tenant sign and mail back the signed lease next day mail. I called the company to get more clarification but my call wasn’t answered. After taking an hour out of my workday to drive to the post office, wait in line, and pay $27 dollars for next day mail, I get a call from them the next evening stating that I “didn’t have to do that” and “that was a lot of money”. Why have it on the lease!!? Do not give this company your money.
