Called for estimate. I wanted work done with in 2 week span. Mentioned method of payment. Was told they would come to do estimate that day and contact me next. Got ghosted. I called politely back to see if they still were going to do job ....nothing. Not so much as a call back to say no. This is why contractors get a bad rep.

They did a great job working on my gutters and even fixed a bunch of soffit from wind damage at no extra cost was very friendly and courteous i recommend them to all my friends

Bid "clay" downspouts and then installed a different color. Instead of replacing with the correct color they just spray painted the ones that were wrong. Paint has already come off of an area on one of the downspouts. They did not ask if it was ok to paint and did not tell me that was how they "fixed" the issue. Guess they thought I wouldn't notice.
