Jim came to my campsite within the hour! He fixed the problem and came back the next day and installed a part he had to get. I can not say enough about how fair and Christian he is. I highly recommend him.
They came out and worked on my rv while I was at work and got everything working perfectly. They had called me and explained everything perfectly to me so I knew the issue. Extremely nice and helpful!
Jim and his wife Sheri came out to fix a roof leak for us. Not only did he fix the problem area, he took the time to show me what he did so I could fix it next time if I wanted. He then helped me diagnose an electrical issue. All the while, my wife and I enjoyed conversing with Sheri. Wonderful people, fair price, and quality work.
Highly recommend this mobile repair service! We had a wheel bearing go out on travel trailer on a hot Friday afternoon leaving us stranded in Glen Rose. We managed to limp to Oakdale RV Park on 3 wheels. Rainbow came out Saturday morning & worked hard in the heat to remove the ruined hub & wheel bearing. Had to chase parts in Ft Worth, then work hard to get the new one put back on. We're very appreciative of Jim sticking with it & helping us with our situation at a more than fair price.
