About a year ago they came and helped us when our basement was flooded. They took care of everything and they were so easy to work with and the work they did was thorough and extensive. It gave us a great peace of mind that it was done the right way!
Justin just served my house and was incredible. Extremely thorough in his findings and honest in next steps approach. Not pushy at all to selling anything just honest and experienced! He answered all of my questions. I feel much more confident with my next steps. Thank you Justin!

Columbus location needs a class on customer service. Not pleasant to customer. Did not finish job due to customer asking why they left hole after floor edging was removed. Putting edging back on leaving hole. Would no t recommend Columbus area for repairs.
I had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and kept me up to date on what was happening in my basement. I would recommend Dale and his crew for any job and would use them again; but hope I don’t ever need to!
