When I spoke to the young lady in the office they had someone come out the next day which was a Thursday. So I called the same day to see when I would receive my estimate the young lady today me it would be the next Monday coming, now here it is Monday and now so telling me Tuesday. Not professional at all, you word is your bond.

Being new to Statesboro we had no idea who to call when we discovered an odor and water coming into our laundry room compliments of Hurricane Debby. I called a company but when I discovered that they weren't "local" I thanked them and then searched again for a local company. I found Rainbow and called and spoke to Maria who was so kind and reassuring and said she'd get the word to her boss, Nicholas, and that he'd come out if he could.
