The crew was very respectful courteous and kind. They did a great job of keeping in touch with me and letting me know what time they'd be here each day during the drying process. I would recommend them to anyone having water issues.
Called them on a Saturday and they talked me through what we needed to do. Came out Monday and checked for moisture. They were so helpful and kind! Highly recommend!!

Rainbow Restoration did a great job cleaning sewer back-up in my basement. I live in Kirkwood and Rainbow was very professional, friendly, thorough and knowledgable. They were priced better than others I called. Hope I don't need this type of service again but if I do, I'm calling Kris and the crew at RR of STL.
