We can’t thank Rainbow Restoration enough for the incredible work they did at our home. Even during what was clearly an exceptionally busy time for them, the team showed up with professionalism, kindness, and an amazing work ethic. The demo crew worked so hard—exhausted but still smiling and friendly—which meant a lot during a stressful situation for us. After a 5.5 inch rain in 2 hours, we were left with a flooded finished basement. Within an hour of a call from our insurance adjuster, the project manager was at our house. Within another hour we had a very nice crew getting the water sucked up and restoration begun. Over the next week every person who came to our home to do work called first to give a time of arrival (always showed up on time), were professionally dressed and so very polite. This company knows what great customer service really is!
I would like to thank Jesse from Rainbow in Winterset IA for coming to our home after our 1000 sq ft fully furnished basement was flooded with sewer backup water from getting 6 inches of rain. We were very overwhelmed, not ever having to deal with a situation as dramatic as this as a homeowner he gave it to us straight and the first things we needed to do to get the basement dried out.
