I had a really great experience with Rainbow Restoration of San Diego County after a water leak from my upstairs neighbor's broken washer. Right from the first phone call, Tiffany, the coordinator, was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. When the mitigation guys, Oscar and Daniel, showed up, they got straight to work. My project involved water damage and drywall and electrical and flooring repairs and replacement. Rainbow did an excellent job in coordinating all the different contractors involvements with this job. They were knowledgeable and professional working with my insurance company. Rainbow Restoration did an outstanding job from start to finish. This was a stressful situation involving water damage, mitigation, and mold concerns, and they handled everything with professionalism and care. Project managers Tiffany and Alonzo were excellent—very responsive, clear in their communication, and easy to work with over email. They kept me informed throughout the process and made sure everything stayed on track. On-site, Julio, Oscar, and Pete did a great job with the actual work and monitoring. They were punctu... read more
