Working with Rainbow Restoration and Garrett has been smooth and seamless. From replacing a leaking spigot to inspecting water damage, they call you and schedule you quickly! Back in March, 2025 they replaced an outside leaking spigot that I had ignored for a few years. They gave me a a great price and fixed it within a week! I had water damage in my house and called Rainbow Restoration for the remediation. They responded incredibly quickly, arriving on-site in no time. Aaron and Recardo were both highly professional, efficient, and thorough throughout the entire process. They were also friendly, personable, and brought some humor to the situation, which made a stressful situation much easier. I’m very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them to others.

Ceaser and the crew were professional, knowledgeable and on time each day and were able to get my house nice and dry after the water line to the fridge sprung a leak. Highly recommend!.

If you want a subpar job done incorrectly over and over and over again, go with rainbow. They delayed work constantly, didn’t do anything per the instructions given by insurance correctly once, and took 6 months to do a one week job. Awful company, no coordination, rare communication until I had to follow up over and over, wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Switched companies for the remainder of my insurance claim because they were that bad.
