I have used Rainbow and Vertex for 2 water related issues over the years. Both the remediation and remodel process was done professionally and quickly with incredible communication throughout all phases of the processes. I hope to never need them again, but if I do, they are the only ones I will ever use.
Guido and Larry are amazing! We had a flood, and because of past claims, we haven’t been able to get insurance (it’s a long story). Needless to say, we were really freaking out. Larry came over within an hour of our call. He thoroughly checked our basement, showed us exactly where the water damage was, and shared his expertise on what needed to be done. Guido was exceptional and even though he was in already busy he showed up for my family and was extremely helpful during the extreme thunderstorm.
We had an amazing experience with Rainbow Restoration of Nampa! Guido was fantastic. He was responsive and immediately came out to inspect our home for any damages after a severe storm. He was friendly and informative, and was able to leave us feeling relieved and very well taken care of. I would highly recommend him and his team. After calling late at night this company made their way out to us ASAP. The owner of the company arrived and perform an inspection. He was here exactly when he said he would be and was able to help us with our flooding concerns. Super reliable and very professional.
