We were referred to them by my dad's home owners insurance and they are the best. This was a bathroom remodel. Lucas and his team are awesome and work shows for it as well. They listen to the concerns you have and re assure you that everything is going to be ok. They dont do things half fast and will help you get the renovations to code. I have used Rainbow and Vertex for 2 water related issues over the years. Both the remediation and remodel process was done professionally and quickly with incredible communication throughout all phases of the processes. I hope to never need them again, but if I do, they are the only ones I will ever use.

Guido and Larry are amazing! We had a flood, and because of past claims, we haven’t been able to get insurance (it’s a long story). Needless to say, we were really freaking out. Larry came over within an hour of our call. He thoroughly checked our basement, showed us exactly where the water damage was, and shared his expertise on what needed to be done. We had an amazing experience with Rainbow Restoration of Nampa! Guido was fantastic. He was responsive and immediately came out to inspect our home for any damages after a severe storm. He was friendly and informative, and was able to leave us feeling relieved and very well taken care of. I would highly recommend him and his team. Every interaction we had with anyone from Rainbow, was positive and very helpful. We couldn’t have had better service!
