Ernesto, Sayuri, and Diego were great to work with for the reconstruction of my home after a washer leak. There were a few times where it was hard to coordinate with their contractors for floor repairs, or where there were miscommunications with scheduling the final reconstructions tasks. Not recommended. My experience was full of unkept promises and poor follow-through. Came highly recommended through someone I trust so things have obviously changed. Guido often said the right things but rarely followed up or delivered on what was discussed. Communication was inconsistent, and commitments were not honored.
Guido and his team were quick to respond to us, easy to work with, very professional, and communicative across the whole experience. Highly recommend using these guys!
