I called them after a big rain and, even though they were very busy, Jason and Erick were there within 2 hours to inspect. They came back in a couple hours with fans and dehumidifiers. They checked on them regularly and got everything dried out.

Our fully finished basement flooded wall to wall, and we didn't catch it until late on a Friday afternoon. Rainbow sent two techs within an hour to our home.
