What a top notch group of gentlemen! I had water in my basement from a failed sump pump on July 3 and they were here the next day to dry everything out and within 10 days it was back to normal! Another issue arose related to the first event and Jason spent a good amount of time to discuss my options. Eric and Shane are polite, professional, and informed. They explained my options in an understandable manner. I will not hesitate to use their services again. Oh and they did clean my dryer vent !!

Their team checked in frequently, making sure we understood each step and felt completely taken care of. Thanks to their quick response and attention to detail, our basement was saved from what could have been a much bigger disaster. I would recommend Rainbow International... read more

I called them after a big rain and, even though they were very busy, Jason and Erick were there within 2 hours to inspect. They came back in a couple hours with fans and dehumidifiers. They checked on them regularly and got everything dried out.
