100% recommend them. The drain hose suddenly pulled out on our washer and water got everywhere. I googled remediation services and Rainbow came up. I'm so glad I called them. They answered right away. Jason drove to my house from the State Fair and back on a Saturday evening (4+ hour drive round trip). I called them after a big rain and, even though they were very busy, Jason and Erick were there within 2 hours to inspect. They came back in a couple hours with fans and dehumidifiers. They checked on them regularly and got everything dried out.

Huge shoutout to Rainbow Restoration of Grundy County out of Beaman, Iowa. They were fantastic—quick to respond, made a solid plan for mitigation, and, maybe most importantly, reassured me they could handle everything. Since the water level never got too high, they said I had every reason to be optimistic. After a few days of fans, a dehumidifier running nonstop, and thorough checks of the walls and floors for moisture, things are back to normal!
