Business Luncheons We've used these for company lunches for when we have a business meeting that goes through lunchtime. The employees really appreciate it and the food is excellent.
Rainbow Restaurant is great A cute little restaurant right by campus. They have a great menu with a ton of vegetarian options. They have a relaxing patio and a great atmosphere.
Rainbow The Rainbow is a great place to get a nice variety of veggie friendly food. I really love their crepes at lunch. They have great local and fresh ingredients.
Great Vegetarian Rainbow is a great place for lunch or breakfast. Everything tastes very homemade and very fresh, and I have never ordered something I didn't like. They have a great outdoor patio in the summer, and their Sunday brunch is excellent. It is a great place to take visitors to Fort Collins because it is so unique and they have such a great variety of food.
Rainbow is the place for Healthy Vegetarian & Organic Food! Rainbow is by far our favorite restaurant. They offer organic food with many vegetarian choices. The variety is unbelievable! Anything from Thai, to Greek, to Italian, to Mexican food. There's something for everyone here. They have desserts to die for and the best coffee in town. I have tried almost everything on the menu and I love everything! The prices are very reasonable and most everything is made right there!
