Judy helped me buy my first house & I just love her! She also helped me sell two properties & was fabulous to work with!
Bought a house with Dale as the realtor for the seller. When you buy a house, normally the seller will give you keys to the house. Dale had a personal lock on the house and didn't provide a way that I could get the key to unlock the house since it was in the MLS lock box which only realtors have access to. My realtor had to go get the key from the MLS box in another town where the house was and bring it to me later that night. Dale wasn't willing to do that. Not happy with his poor service.
Very disrespectful upon asking questions. Very rude and forceful upon using their services.
Rude. Disrespectful. Don't call them for help because they can't. Questions don't ask because they won't answer.
