Awful. Took advantage of my grandmother w dementia. Collected extra payment for “future service”. They did come back 6 months later and did the service with out authorization. When I called and asked about it, they got defensive. Said they would t service grandma any longer and hung up on me. I was asking them who authorized the cleaning. She said my grandmother. After some searching, i found out it was her neighbor, who also has dementia (they live in a senior park). Shady people if you ask me.
