Extremely rude over the phone. Called to inquire about printing something with a specific effect and the guy who answered the phone asked someone in the background if they knew anyone who could do that effect and asked if she wanted to talk to me and she said no and then proceeded to abruptly hang up on me. I recommend staying not wasting any time with them.
Absolutely 10/10 customer service here! I love utilizing these guys whenever I’m in town!
