Rainbows customer service and flexibility is great! I called and ordered our playset on a Wednesday and they were able to install on that Friday! Also the playset is wonderful quality and our kiddos love it!
As a “reputable” company, you would expect experienced knowledgeable staff member. Tom (owner) and Chuck couldn’t have been farther from that. Starting from the beginning, Chuck showed us samples to choose from that weren’t even available. After selections were made it wasn’t until weeks later he called and said oh ya by the way the selections you made aren’t available and I forgot to add an additional $750 to the original quote I gave you.
