Eddie C helped me find the right play system for our family. He offered to meet us at the Austin branch while he was in town. We very much appreciate his commitment to providing us with excellent customer service. The play systems are highly customizable. They're not cheap, but in terms of service and quality, you get what you pay for! We will highly recommend it to our friends. Also, our 3-year-old is just so ecstatic about his new playset. :)
Had a wonderful experience purchasing a springfree trampoline here. Eva answered all my questions promptly pre-purchase and then ensured installation went smoothly. On top of that, when I saw that springfree was offering a discount on direct purchases of the same model after I had completed my purchase from Rainbow, I asked for a price adjustment which they promptly agreed to. A great customer service experience!
They did a great job from start to finish. So happy our install came early!! Grandkids can enjoy the trampoline during thanksgiving break ☺️.
These guys do a great job. We purchased our Rainbow over 6 years ago, the kids have enjoyed it ever since. Recently we had it relocated to our new home and during the move Rainbow noticed a couple parts that could be replaced under warranty. They ordered the parts and returned to swap them at no added cost.
We own a Rainbow play system and when we decided it was time to buy a trampoline, going with Rainbow was a no-brainer. Their service is spectacular, and communication is slim to none in the industry! The girls are loving their new spring free trampoline, and I am so glad we waited (saved up) for it because it just feels fantastic!
