From the initial purchase to any and all various additions or small repairs we've needed, Ryan and his team have taken care of us. We had the absolute worst experience with Rainbow Play Systems in Fargo, ND. They ran a promotion the first week in May for an in ground basketball hoop and installation. We purchased a hoop during this promotion and paid in full, which was our first mistake. We were then told that we would need to follow up to schedule the installation, that they would not initiate that communication and that it was entirely on us to follow back up with them. We followed up every couple weeks which ended up annoying the owner because we got... read more
