Six months ago our rubber mulch was ordered. Still haven’t received it. Made several phones calls and left messages. Thought we could get the mulch done this summer but that won’t happen. Just want our money back but can’t get a hold of anybody. Not sure how you can run a business like that.

I do appreciate the Rainbow Play Systems product. I like its sturdiness, the natural wood frame versus metal, its aesthetics, and its warranty. This review is not so much for the product though but rather the Rainbow Play Systems of North Dakota showroom. From the initial purchase to any and all various additions or small repairs we've needed, Ryan and his team have taken care of us.
