We put a $3500 deposit down and had to hassle them for a delivery date. We have had no communication from them. Their voicemail box is full, they aren’t responding to texts or emails and their doors are shut and even though they are open. We can’t get ahold of anyone and are in the process of filing a small claims issue due to no response. BUYER BEWARE!
Would highly recommend never purchasing anything from this Rainbow dealer. I ended up getting charged twice for a playset and I'm still working on getting my money refunded. The playset is nice, but I would never deal with Ryan again if I didn't have to. It is about impossible to get ahold of this guy with any form of communication.
Six months ago our rubber mulch was ordered. Still haven’t received it. Made several phones calls and left messages. Thought we could get the mulch done this summer but that won’t happen. Just want our money back but can’t get a hold of anybody. Not sure how you can run a business like that.
Update your hours of operation so that your potential customers don't waste their time. I'll take this as a sign to not do business with you.
