Great product - great installation - Happy Kids!Rainbow in Rochester did a great job putting up our new swing set! The friendly install crew showed up in the morning and my kids were playing on their brand new swing set after lunch! A few of my neighbors have purchased from this store before and highly recommended their product. Thanks Rainbow Play Systems of Rochester!
I would consider finding another Rainbow dealership to work with, even if you live in or near Rochester. The people at this Rainbow are not friendly, nor helpful, unless they know they will be getting a very big check from you at the end.
Rainbow playsystems are known for their quality craftsmanship and inqenuity in design. I dont attempt to criticize that.However the service we received from Rainbow in Rochester was less than stellar. On the day of scheduled installation, we get a call from Rainbow saying they are coming over to install it. We excitedly tell our kids. An hour goes by and we get a call from Rainbow saying that the wrong ladders were shipped with our unit. We are told that Kevin will call us about the situation when he gets in. After comparing all around town, it was easy to see rainbow had the best quality. The help which I received was fantastic. He was able to show and explain all the different styles and choices. I was also very surprised at how fast just two guys could install our new swing set. I am happy with my investment.
The quality of the product is great. The service, was unfortunately not so great. Our playset came from the factory with the wrong ladders and they didn't notice until AFTER they called us to say they were on their way over to set up our playset. We had already told our kids about a new surprise that was coming, rearranged our schedules to be at home for the installation.
