History Established in 1959. Rainbow Pet Hospital was started by the late Dr. Raymond J.Brugger. In 1982, Dr. Noreen C. Overeem took over the practice when Dr. Brugger retired. Dr. Overeem graduated in 1974 from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine. It is Dr. Overeem's personal dedication to providing clear compassionate care that has allowed us to grow, both personally and professionally.
