My Jack Russell had 2 inches of his tail de-gloved by running under a trailer. The staff did a great job of fixing him up and dealing with the infection he got later. Jimmy always rememberd the staff, blamed them for the tail incident; trying to bite the help every time we went back. Great place!

It's pretty obvious that someone has a bone to pick here, no pun intended, and they don't even have the courage of their convictions to put their name behind their words. RPH gets 5-stars at other review sites. We have been taking our pets to RPH for decades. Doc is a thorough and compassionate veterinarian. The place does feel more like a country doctor's office, than some high-tech (and high priced) practices, but they have all the lab equipment and technology they need to diagnose and prescribe. I was looking up the phone number online and saw some of these reviews and I have to say that a few seem really unfair. We started going to this vet, based on the glowing recommendation of a friend, and I've been very pleased. The place may not be the fanciest but it's always clean an the staff is wonderful. They've been great to me and my dogs - and my dogs are a little bad. I would absolutely recommend.

Rude and unacceptable behavior to their clients. I took our kitten here, because she was incredibly sick and the vet we were taken to couldn't help either. They are unprofessional, there facility is crap, and they have absolutely zero communication skills. I was frustrated when I brought the kitten in, but on the phone assured me the vet would fix her. This place is perfectly acceptable if your animals are healthy. I however needed a vet who could actually practice veterinary medicine, not guess work medicine. My cats were seen twice for awful, extended boughts of diarrhea. Bacteria was seen in their stool. The first antibiotic didn't work so I was given the same antibiotic again along with a dewormer. I've always supported GLBT business but this, unfortunately, is an exception. The place is filthy, the waiting room non-existant, and the vet is unpleasant (on a good day). I just witnessed them holding a cat hostage until payment was complete (several hundred dollars for emergency surgery) for someone that couldn't afford it - right before the holiday. No payment arrangements, no discussion, no mercy. Worse yet, they were going to charge $15 a day until payment was paid in full. I've taken my animals there for years. Never ... read more

My dog is a spaz to everything. He can only go here to get his nails done. The vets here know what they are doing. Even though they probably do not like to see him, I am sure the feeling is mutual. They have to use a bit of muscle with him cuz he is such a cry baby, lol. Thanks Ladies!
