I had a really bad experience here. When I went to get my nails done, the technician peeled my skin off, leaving my fingers sore and uncomfortable. It was very careless and painful, and I definitely did not feel looked after. Extremely disappointed with the service — I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place. Later instead of accepting their mistake they said it happen
I was about to give up hope on a proper pedi in woodgrove as I have tried all nails stores, until I came across LILY @ Rainbow Nails!! First timer and I promise the quality and time and service provided by lily and her team was incredible I’ll be back!!
Horrible experience. Do not go here. My wife attended and ended up listening to the technicians yelling at each other. She was hurt twice during the process. Then to top it off she ordered a cats eye design and the tech tried to use one magnet, telling her this is the way it's done. The nail tech spoke over my wife telling her the design she selected was an outdated design, tho apparently this was meant to be one of their premium designs. This place is always busy. I love going here as their nail technicians are friendly and efficient. They are very thorough with their work and use sanitized tools for each customer. They keep their premises clean. Best part it th hot stone massage after each mani / pedicure. The only suggestions would be: less loud talk between the technicians and some soothing music to be played to make the experience perfect.
I’m really disappointed with this salon, especially since I’ve been a loyal customer for quite some time. During my last visit, I was shocked when they tried to charge me extra just for changing the shape of my nails and choosing a different color for a few nails—mind you, not a design, just a color change! I can completely understand an extra charge for intricate designs since they require more time and effort, but this was ridiculous.
