So I made an appointment 4 days ago. I wanted it to coincide with my auto appointment, as i live about 25 minutes away. I even changed my auto appt for it to work. I dropped my car off and walked to the salon. I got there and nobody was there. I called her. She wouldnt answer me, but texted me to tell me she would be an hour late! She could have called and told me that before I went through all that. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!
