So I made an appointment 4 days ago. I wanted it to coincide with my auto appointment, as i live about 25 minutes away. I even changed my auto appt for it to work. I dropped my car off ad walked to the salon. I got there and nobody was there. I called her. She wouldnt answer me, but texted me to tell me she would be an hour late! She could have called and told me that before I went through all that. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!
The technician was friendly, thorough and quick. The quality of my pedicure was as expected for a nail salon.
I’ve got my nails done here many times, Ms. Kim is very sweet & prices are great!!
First time in this salon, and I was impressed. Small intimate space- awesome decor. I got a gel pedicure, a fill, 1 nail repair and gel color, was out in about an hr! I will continue to support this local business!
