Awesome customer service, took me right in on a Saturday, I was back in the road 30 minutes after they took my car in the bay! I was quoted over 1,000 by tires choice! I brought it here and paid 175.00! We have brought my other vehicle here before as well and their prices beat anyone I've seen!! Awesome customer service! Keep up the good work!
If I could give negative stars I would. I went to the Nottingham location for an oil change and their website states a list of free services that are included with the oil change services but when I inquired about the free services listed I was told they were unaware of the website advertising. I had to show it to the salesperson and was told “it’s included in the platinum package.” Their website says comprehensive oil change services which means complete oil change service not platinum service. I was told my repairs would be 600$ with labor. it turned out to be almost 900$. told me they replaced my battery and wiring. my wiring looks the same way it did when i went it. Not nearly a month later & my car battery dies again. They wanted me to leave a review before im glad i waited. horrible communication and inconsistency with pricing.
