The manager was rude I was quoted a price of $150 to $200 when I got there it was $350 in the vehicles still was not fixed properly and I was backing The brake pedal dropped to the floor went back in to talk with him about the problem he was very disrespectful seeing the problem was in his He's fix what he's supposed to fix eventually they took it back in and bled the brakes properly there was no further problem after that but he was very rude about fixing the problem I would recommend to anyone not to patronize this shop es... read more
Talked to Justin about an oil leak. Great guy helpful and honest. Was unable to resolve my issue this time. They could have did a bandaid job for $$$, but told me I needed a more in depth check for my repair. I really appreciate that.
Have had many issues with Rainbow. They fixed my car twice, both times it ended up being the wrong issue and I was told by two other shops I had wasted money on parts that did not need fixed. They never explained much at all about what was actually wrong with my car, just told me what they were fixing. Didn’t even get to talk to the mechanic any time they worked on it. Adding an extra star because they do get you in quickly, which i could appreciate.
