Took my 2017 Dodge Durango in for a repair because my heat was not working , paid $1100 only to have to go back a week later because my heat went out again, they claim it was repaired , 10-14 days later I’m back at the shop same problem and they claimed to fixed it again. You guessed it my heat went out again and this is my 4th time calling about the same exact issue. They keep promising to take care of it but nothing has been done I have kids in a cold vehicle in the middle of the winter and out of $1100…… Never again takin... read more
I came here on March 1,2025 worst experience ever at Rainbow which will probably be my last. Manager Jay is very rude and unprofessional. Incident was that they did 700.00 worth of work on a customer vehicle and Jay promised him a free oil change which wasn’t done. Customer wanted oil change done while it’s me and 5 other customers waiting in lobby. Manager told customer he had to wait and that he can’t just put him in front of other customers. I am so disappointed that I had to make a review. I used to go to rainbow all the time years ago and never had an issue, but I went there last Friday and spent $500 just for my car to not be fixed. My check engine light came on last week and I went and got this scan ran that supposedly said what was wrong with it. I took the scan thing to rainbow and they gave me a price for the issue the scanner said was wrong.
