My mother was recommended by her dr to go to this company for her medical supplies and they treated her like a common person. The representative apparently “forgot” to complete my mother’s case due to some issue with another employee at the store. They told my mother they would call her back regarding her supplies and NEVER did. My mother had to call after 1 week and still nothing was done about her case and they couldn’t even provide why the case was not completed.
Love working with this company!!!
This place has helped me tremendously and I am grateful for their help. I have a full-time job and how considerate they are of that when my chair breaks down really amazes me. Their mechanic knows his stuff and seems to be able to fix anything. Great place overall.
What a horrible place. The lady that works there couldn't answer a question of do you service NY or NJ. She says please hold... HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW? ITS YOUR JOB!!! Perhaps hiring someone that understands how to give information properly so you can actually do business would be helpful. Just call somewhere else if you need medical supplies. Useless receptionist.
