Rainbow medical supply is my favorite place to support my health care i am suffering over 4 years with diabetes NEWROPOTHY heartbroken it hit me in the Pandemic November 21 2021 was hospitalized for 8 days with a rare virus of shingles i appreciate a great professional company as rainbow medical equipment and supply for my health care management and life.

I called to ask wether or not they could provide post-op shoes for my father and if they took his insurance. They said they did. My mom went to the store and they told her they did'nt take his insurance. I called later to clarify and they said they don't work with any insurance and I couldn't give them his perscription.
My mother was recommended by her dr to go to this company for her medical supplies and they treated her like a common person. The representative apparently “forgot” to complete my mother’s case due to some issue with another employee at the store. They told my mother they would call her back regarding her supplies and NEVER did. My mother had to call after 1 week and still nothing was done about her case and they couldn’t even provide why the case was not completed.
