Took my son in to get checked by a doctor here and he did his normal checkups then sent him home without any antibiotics when clearly he has a fever and he has been sick for about 4 days now, took him to another doctor in Blacktown today and they said he has tonsillitis and a ear infection and questioned why the first doctor didn’t give him anything , why doesn’t the doctor pick up these things first when I bring him in very bad don’t recommend going here if you want your child to get better

We have dealt with this medical practice for over 10+ years as a family and have had no issues. The reception staff have been very helpful for me personally with appointments, documents for my family. We deal with Dr Thirunavukarasu Vakeeswaran and he truly cares for all his patients and goes above and beyond to help them. I highly recommend the team from our personal experiences.

Today is 30th August, 10:00am, I wrote the date because I don’t want to be unfair with other receptionist which I don’t know, but today’s receptionist the lady was the most rude and impolite, she talked with her hand pointing with fingers with a fighting tone and even not talk to you properly, I was waiting on reception desk for a while asking her questions but she never talk to me what I have to do next. But the doctor was good

Took my son in, who had an accident and cut his forehead to see a doc. The triage rudely advised that they will not see without an appointment. Usually, triage states that there is a long wait, however, this medical centre simply refused to see a patient, even though patient was happy to wait for next available doc. I believe the service at this m/centre can be drastically improved, professionnally.

Have done physio here with Elvis. Has done a great job helping me out and getting me back on track. His knowledge and patience with his patients are great. Explains in detail each exercise and what muscles it helps. Helps with following up with outside resources and explaining the reasons why each step towards recovery is important. Would highly recommend Elvis.
