Weeks ago I had a telephone appointment to request assessment forms for ADHD and Autism. When I arrived to collect those forms, the receptionist told me that they only had an ADHD form due to the GP only issuing that, and no Autism assessment form. I had to wait another few weeks for another telephone appointment to request an Autism assessment form once again. Was told Friday 20 phone lines open couldn't get one phoned back 17th march was 15 lines open (dropped 5lines since Friday)& still no appointment out &out liers worse practice in st helens

Shocking disregard to their patients. Rude no respect at all .rude reception staff and forget a appointment
It is still hard to get an appointment there when you need. Online service to book an appointment not working . After 5 years I've chang my rating from 2 to 3 stars because when I requested call back to make an appointment they contacted me within 1.5h offering an appointment slot. Thank you. Will give 5 stars when online booking services will be available.
