I ordered a navy blue shower pan that no matter what you do, looks black. I called with a comment over 2 weeks ago with NO response from the owner. He had to come out to fix something and commented on how dark-thinking it wasn't ours when he saw it in the shop-still no response . It looked nice in the show room, but I don't have spotlights in my bathroom. You would think when he saw it that he would have done something. Happy with the rest of the work, but having a real hard time with the shower pan.
