I originally purchased a baby’s first year package that would include the following sessions (maternity, newborn, sitter, and cake smash) I also added a child’s birthday session for my oldest daughter. The maternity session was done on Feb. 23rd, newborn was done on April 13th, and child’s birthday session on Sept. 15th. Update 12/03: I have reached out to McKenzie multiple times for my refund and she is currently ignoring me. Update 11/21: After months of asking, McKenzie finally got all the photos to me on October 23rd. The same day, she told me she would get me my refund for the $220 session “ASAP.” It has now been two months since I originally asked for the refund and I have not received it. McKenzie went on vacation to Hawaii (she is there at the time of this update) when she owes multiple people refunds. I will be reporting this to the... read more

McKenzie has accepted $630 from me and I have not received the services I paid for. In January, she was having a sale on cake smash sessions. The session could be paid for and used at any time through the end of the year. I double checked with her that I could buy a session and book it for September and she assured me it was fine. In the meantime, I booked an extended family session with her in July.
