Chris was awesome! Quick, knowledgeable, and great communication. Most importantly he saved us A LOT of money :)
I scheduled an irrigation winterization service a week in advance. On the day of the appointment, I received zero notifications or updates. I had to reach out myself to confirm the time window. I waited for an hour and no one showed up. No call, no message, no explanation. I eventually canceled the appointment, and even then nobody bothered to follow up. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I rarely leave 2-star reviews, but this situation absolutely deserved it.
We are new-ish to Rainbow and love the service. Even thru the transition, they still performed.
Chris and his new team are great, not always perfect with all the transitions made this season, but they still provide a great service. The woman we scheduled with was transparent and did her very best to get all our services done in a timely fashion.
