Rainbow to the rescue! An lapse in concentration during DYI led to filling the downstairs with sticky black smoke, that settled on every surface from ceilings downwards. Our insurers (NFU) arranged for Rainbow technicians to come out within 24 hours to assess the damage. Everyone was really kind, helpful and professional. Fantastic service following a flooded bath tub in our home - Alison was wonderful upon contact and listened to our enquiry, answered all our questions and explained the whole process to us prior to booking in a visit. Upon arrival David the technician was friendly, professional and efficient with his work. We learned so much from him and his wealth of experience. Brilliant to deal with. Having been introduced to Rainbow through my insurance company, on more than one occasion, they were professional, instantly replied, responded quickly and always let me know what was happening. They also went above and beyond on my behalf to chase up with the insurance as to what what happening next. Alison in the office was always friendly and helpful Would definitely recommend.
