Service technicians Lin and Bruce were excellent. They explained everything and were very thorough and knowledgeable of their job. I cannot say enough about them. Above and beyond in every aspect.
Rainbow did a great job! Chad communicated with us constantly to let us know the status of repairs and was diligent to do everything correct!
On July 28 2024 I got water damage to my floors.My insurance company sent Rainbow Restoration to my home to access the damage .From day 1 this company was great.i was out of town when all this happened and they took care of everthing and made me feel at ease. Everyone I talked to about my many questions were very understanding and caring. I feel like Chad and Judy are my best friends , they were very understanding and caring and assured me everthing was going to be ok.
