The owner Chris is extremely knowledgeable on water and mold remediation and with his background knowledge as a previous insurance adjuster he knows how to properly take care of your property. Can’t say enough good about him!
We are a 200 unit apartment community located in New Orleans. Rainbow does a good job to make sure all of their techs are qualified to handle not just in cleaning the flooring but in all areas of restoration. They come out prepared on all emergencies. We appreciate the great service that they have provided to us over the years
Do not use this unprofessional company. First, no one knocks on your door. They just showed up in the back yard on more than one day. The workers are not professional, do not dress or act professional, and have horrible work ethic. My husband had to constantly critique the guy putting siding on our house because it looked like a 3 year old was putting it up. Exposed cuts, siding not attached correctly, and trying to use a different color from the rest of the house was the professional service we received. We will NEVER recom... read more
