We had Mark come out and take a look at our rental property to see if he would be able to fix the carpeting that was needing stretched. Mark was very nice and knowledgable and was able to identify the problem right away. He showed that the carpet had not been installed properly and gave the solution as to rectify the situation as much as he could and what he would need to do.
