Woke up at 5 am on a Sunday to find a sink waterline on our main level had broken and portions of our main level and finished basement had standing water. Filed an online claim at 6:30 am and Rainbow International called me by 8:00 am indicating I would see a crew at my home within two hours. The contractor falsely explained rainbows process after 4 rooms in my new home experienced water damage. I was left with exposed ceilings, a lawsuit from the company, and spent thousands more restoring my home. Rainbow, that is a completely false statement. I gave every penny my insurance sent me, but they stated you overcharged for your services. $12,000 for water mitigation?!?!
