The staff from Rainbow (Emiliano and others) were the best. They were fast, efficient, detailed, and had great communication. They responded quickly to my concerns. Emiliano gave me a tour of the completed work and asked me to call Rainbow if I had any future concerns or question. All the staff were courteous and polite. I reached out to Rainbow Restoration after noticing weeds growing out of my senior mom’s gutters. With a big rainstorm in the forecast, I was concerned about potential water damage and wanted to address the issue quickly. They were incredibly responsive and had someone out within 24 hours.
