Rainbow was quick to respond to the damage which happened within my Condo from a broken pipe, the owner Sevasti was extremely courteous, understanding, and patient considering I had to use my HOA's insurance company before mine. It was a long wait waiting for the money to come from the insurance, meanwhile during the process I had a project manager which was handling my restoration but was let you and dropped the ball.
