So far I like their service, they were able to handle the pee stains from my bosses dog or cat. I had to take maybe 4-5 carpets to them and they were able to manage all of them. I enjoy their conversation and are awesome people to talk to. So far, my boss hasn't told me any negative comments on their service, so they did an awesome job.
