Called Rainbow after a heat pipe froze and split while we were on vacation and came home to quite a bit of water in the house. Tom and Russ were a big help in getting us on the correct path for drying everything out and mold protection.

Rainbow was very professional and installed drying equipment for 5 days to dry out the water from a major steam leak. Total cost to dry out my three bedroom apartment was $20,800. Rainbow explained that remediation rates were standardized and set in agreement with the insurance companies and I should be fully reimbursed by insurance. However, my insurance company paid me only half the claim and told me the building coop was responsible for up to half of the cost of remediation through its insurance company. Russ and his team were a huge help when our basement took on water. From helping understand the insurance claim process, to water mitigation, and then repair and restoration- we were always satisfied.
