Selecting this company to work on my friend's home was a horrible decision. It's "family run" which is probably because the general manager Mike is so horrible to deal with that the only people who will work for him have the same last name. I had the displeasure of dealing with Mike as I have construction experience. At one point, he literally screamed at me while on the job site. Let me assure you that you DO NOT want to get involved in doing business with this organization. I will eat ice cold food in a restaurant before I would complain, which is not in my DNA. Long story short we had water damage and used them to remove all of our belongings on the first level of our home including our furniture this past summer due to a flood. On a list of recommended vendors from our insurance. Mitigation was fine, but don't make the mistake of using them for the reconstruction like we did. Very slow, would tell you one thing, then try to get away with something else. Very sloppy work. Would point out issues and would get the standard, "Oh, we'll fix that later" instead of doing it right the first time. Caused a lot of their own rework and us a lot of headaches checking their work. Referred to them by my insurance company, would not recommend. Often difficult to schedule with; we were often expected to be readily available within an hour of notice or kept waiting for their arrival. They had to return multiple times to "fix" their own mistakes; some of which they tried to blame us/our choices for their work breaking.
