UPDATE: Well, it turns out that "strictly necessary" meant not thorough. I removed some wainscotting from the affected area, only to find mold, confirmed with lab testing. Which begs the question, where else in the affected area wasn't remediated? Crystal said she would call me back; even come by, but it's been weeks now, and no response. Terribly disappointed. I had a flood after a massive power outage and called Rainbow restoration, Crystal dealt with all the insurance things and quickly had lots of drying equipment and everything looked after and Kelly and crew worked long hours to prevent further damage to basement and all contents. Would definitely recommend them.
