UPDATE: Well, it turns out that "strictly necessary" meant not thorough. I removed some wainscotting from the affected area, only to find mold, confirmed with lab testing. Which begs the question, where else in the affected area wasn't remediated? Crystal said she would call me back; even come by, but it's been weeks now, and no response. Terribly disappointed. Crystal was very thorough in explaining the work needed prior to getting it done. Kelly and other worker (sorry I forget his name) were respectful and thorough. I would definitely recommend this company!

I dont usually leave reviews, but after dealing with Rainbow Restoration of Goergian Bay I feel I just have too. The service was exceptional Crystal the owner and her staff and the two gentleman that came to my home were just amazing and professional I had a mold issue in my attic that was found before selling the house I thought oh no and ritefully so. I contacted Rainbow Restoration of Goergian Bay and they took care of everything mold was removed and the house was sold so thank you very much again Rainbow Restoration.

I am beyond impressed by the level of Customer service and smooth communication! Thank you to Crystal and her crew for being so reliable and responsive. Definitely feels wonderful to still find those hidden gem companies out there :)
