What a perfect experience. I had mould in my closet. They came quickly and explained the process of the removals. I received a quote in good time that was fair and we went ahead. They were very professional and clean and left my home as if they were never here. Thank you again.
We had a flood in our basement and not only did Rainbow respond immediately, but just talking to Crystal on my initial call, reduced the stress significantly. They took care of everything. The communication was excellent and the workmanship outstanding. Crystal and Kelly were so helpful in so many ways. We highly recommend them, and their company. Dianne and David Adie.
After experiencing water, wind and ice damage, rainbow restoration completed our renovation and did an excellent job. The team was friendly customer focused, and always on time. We’re very pleased with the overall experience and would highly recommend them to anyone.
UPDATE: Crystal: How soon could you come back out to my house to discuss what was left unfinished? The mold I found was in the direct path of where you had explained to me the water travelled. Also, why wasn’t all of the insulation in the ceiling below where the water was removed? Wood with obvious water staining removed? Etc. UPDATE: Well, it turns out that "strictly necessary" meant not thorough. I removed some wainscotting from the affected area, only to find mold, confirmed with lab testing. Which begs the question, where else in the affected area wasn't remediated? Crystal said she would call me back; even come by, but it's been weeks now, and no response. Terribly disappointed.
