Over the winter I ended up with a really bad leak in my roof that caused water damage to over half of my home. I had just found out I was pregnant and I needed to get it taken care of fast! Thanks to Rainbow restoration they were able to save over half of the damaged walls and quickly tore out all the walls/ceilings that were not able to be saved in a quick and safe manner!! Two stars for showing up. Charged for putting up cabinets that should be their job as they’re there to get everything back in order. Instead of getting an electrical box they screwed an outlet cover into the dry wall. To top it all off, they took a microwave from another room, brought it in the kitchen, plugged it in and blew our breaker- then proceeded to do nothing about it even though they had no business moving the microwave let alone plugging it in in the first place. Very pleased with all the help. I was completely new at this and every stupid question I asked was answered intelligently and kindly. The staff to a person were professional and personable.
What is scam of a company. Hired them to board up my house several months after the fire and yet they're charging me for emergency visit plus they're charging me for ladders and or scaffolding and they never even pulled a ladder out of the truck because I wanted it done from the inside. Be careful what you sign. They only showed me one page and asked me to sign it not letting me know there was four or five other pages that I was agreeing to at the time of signature.
