These guys were contacted by my insurance company to remediate water damage from a broken pipe. All was well on day one after a weekend of the machine running the affected area was remediate. I even helped cut the flooring and asked if they would stop at the threshold of the master bedroom which was the only room affected. The next Monday at 8am I get a knock on the door and they went right to work. I asked if they got the ok to rip out more of the FLAWLESS oak floor in the hallway and front bedroom. The owner has anger management issues and doesn't know how to treat his employees. You don't reprimand employees in front of other employees, that's bad management. This is 2025, people and businesses get cancelled for much less. How you treat others is a reflection of who you are. I wouldn't ever do business with a man such as yourself. I can't believe that you even have a business, not the way you talk to woman and men, employees and customers. I do not recommend this company.
