Document everything and be prepared to go to small claims court if engaging with this company. Know the correct way to do a project so you can check behind them. It took them a year and a half to finish a 50sqft bathroom. We had three different contractors because previous ones left the company. We ran out of our additional living expenses and had to defecate and urinate in buckets behind our house for months. Called and was given an over the phone qoute for a gross description of water damage. Requested a written estimate several times. Someone came to the house and had me sign documents to "be in the house" for the estimate. Instead, this ended up being the final agreement for billing and the work was initiated. They removed some wet carpet padding that could have been thrown in the general garbage and charged over $300 to throw it in their truck. Did not dry everything out thoroughly and mold is returning. Refused to give written estimate. Incomplete work. Overbilling. Shady operations. Would NOT recommend. Poor quality work and very overpriced.
