Unprofessional service, shoddy work, left the job incomplete, poor attention to detail, no communication. An absolute nightmare of a franchise. Do yourself a favor and seek a reputably reliable company or suffer the consequences if your choice is rainbow restoration.
This is the best restoration company in the area! They provided fast, friendly service and did an outstanding job restoring our home to its original condition after the damage. The crew arrived on time, worked professionally, and ensured everything was cleaned up once the job was complete. It's amazing to be enjoying our home again! I highly recommend them for any disaster remediation needs!
The company portrays itself as one that knows what they’re doing, but in all reality, they don’t. Management is a joke and very poor customer service
Company is not in the best interest of the customers. Chris, is not responsive to any form of communication while we are displaced and have been out of our home for months. Just excuse after excuse when he finally does respond.
