I ahve nto personally been in person to this establishment but I am very much so upset with the fact that they have a associate there who openly attacks and belittles people on social media and also threatens to cause chaos and disorder in their personal lives while on the clock!!! We had a flood in our home and Rainbow Restoration's team handled the demo and re-build of our home. Rainbow Restoration was at our home within a few hours and our home is somewhat remote. Their team's attention to detail, communication, and overall care for our home, belongings, and the work were greatly appreciated. We would HIGHLY recommend this company for a situation similar to our needs.

Unprofessional service, shoddy work, left the job incomplete, poor attention to detail, no communication. An absolute nightmare of a franchise. Do yourself a favor and seek a reputably reliable company or suffer the consequences if your choice is rainbow restoration.

This is the best restoration company in the area! They provided fast, friendly service and did an outstanding job restoring our home to its original condition after the damage. The crew arrived on time, worked professionally, and ensured everything was cleaned up once the job was complete. It's amazing to be enjoying our home again! I highly recommend them for any disaster remediation needs!
