I called to ask for the company to schedule me into their rotation to give me an estimate to repair water damage in my house. I didn't get past the woman on the phone as I questioned the $250.00 fee to give me an estimate. She was very rude and said of course we have to charge for this. I have no idea of their work and am not paying total strangers to come to my house to solicit business for them. Lady hung up on me when I told her ServPro gives free estimates

This was my first time having to deal with water damage and i think i couldn’t have picked a better company. Chris and Noella were so kind, patient and helpful with the entire process and i couldn’t have thanked them enough! I highly recommend their services to anyone with any kind of water, fire or mold damage.
