Charlie, Tyler and Walter were great to have as The team for handling our water damage, cleanup, and remediation. They were respectful, hard-working, and took the time to keep us informed every step of the way on cleaning up the damage and drying everything out. They left the job clean and ready for the next stage.
Rainbow restoration is a pleasure to work with. Walt is professional, honest, timely, and communicative. He is a great asset to the organization. I think this project will go okay.
Walter was simply wonderful and so very knowledgeable, answering all of our questions . Both he and Dakota made this experience so comfortable for us with their kind and compassionate skills as they were not rushed and explained everything in detail. The main associates assisting in the flood mitigation were excellent and very professional, (Robert, Charlie, & Tyler). I felt very comfortable that they were looking out for my best interest in the mitigation work they were conducting. I also would like to commend Samara & Regan who were the main "contents" associates. There care and attention to detail were great in evaluating the condition of my basement contents. Overall, a good experience in a challenging and stressful time.
