We had water damage to our wood floor and sheet rock. The guys, CJ, Sebastian, Roman, Fred and Chris came and were really great. They explained everything and made me feel at ease. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They were extremely professional and reassuring. I would want them again if I ever had additional issues in the future. Thanks guys
Our washing machine had a major leak. I sucked up about 20 gallons of water from carpeting. I filed a claim with my insurance company and they recommended and contacted Rainbow Restoration. I received a call from Rainbow Restoration about 30 minutes later but missed it because I was sucking water from carpeting. I returned the call around 5:30pm and spoke to CJ English. Rainbow staff are wonderful to work with. Chris was at our home hours after the fire and created a Matterport video which was extremely helpful when dealing with insurance, etc. The staff was very nice, trustworthy, and accommodating. Rainbow Restoration is the best ! CJ and his crew did a awesome job they always showed up at the time they set , they always had all their needed materials, They Did a awesome job ! After each task they sweep all trash up and leave your place clean , CJ always ask if you had questions after he explained what had just taken place on site , very nice and professional team of guys you couldn't ask for a better company RAINBOW RESTORATION OF ARLINGTON TEXAS YOU'RE THE BEST!!!
Raymond and his team were the best! Raymond was so kind, understanding and helpful. He made the process a lot less stressful. I felt very comfortable with him and his team working in my home.
