I appreciate Eric's ongoing diligence, competence and communication. He is respectful of both the customer and their belongings....and he is funny and kind.
Rainbow International was great to work with. I called Mike, explained to him my concerns and what was going on. The next day Mike has his guys over to check everything out. Eric and Austin were great to work with. As soon as they showed up we went over my concerns and they jumped into it eager to work and help me solve the issue. As the process unfolded Eric and Austin were explaining the steps and why they were needed.
