I have used this company before! As a builder we had a water leak. Company responded promptly and took care of the leak! This other review by this Caleb guy sounds like a disgruntled ex employee. Should be ashamed of himself! Clearly by all of the other 5 star reviews his is a biased review. I bet he was the problem! Would highly recommend this company!

I worked for Rainbow International of Lubbock. The owner is a crook. He owns the franchise in Lubbock and Midland/ Odessa. The company constantly cuts corners and does not use the funds sent to them from the home owner or insurance agencies in the proper way. As the Branch Manager here in Lubbock, I repeatedly would ask the owner to make purchases for programs, training and equipment. We were not given the proper tools to succeed on jobs.
