I have been a customer of Rainbow for several years. They clean the carpets very well and are able to get the spots out. My carpets look great. They are very nice. I would highly recommend them. I get complements from company and how good my carpet looks.
I called Rainbow after my mother decided to recreate Noah's Flood by leaving the bath tub on. They were there almost before I was! I couldn't believe how fast, thorough, and helpful they were. On top of that, they helped me understand what I needed to discuss with the insurance agent when he arrived. They even helped me after the fact by answering some additional questions.
